Head of finance

Prior to joining Jaffe Porter Crossick LLP Esti was in charge of the  finance department of Roiter Zucker a position she held for sixteen years.

The finance department of Jaffe Porter Crossick LLP is the hub of the practice and Esti heads a very efficiently run department ably assisted by Manji Kerai, who was formerly with Porter Crossick, and Marina Nesheret.

SHIREEN MIRZAI– Practice Manager

Shireen first joined Steven Porter’s practice in 1992 and worked for a number of years as PA to the Senior Partner. After returning to the UK from an around the world trip, she rejoined Porter Crossick in 2004 as Practice Manager.

Shireen is now responsible for the day to day admin and management of Jaffe Porter Crossick LLP and recruiting staff at all levels. She also deals with employment issues, infrastructure, IT and general administration. Her most recent challenge has been the implementation of a Case Management System, HIPS and launching of the new website.
