Evolving to offer a full range of legal services.
JPC is the product of a merger between Porter Crossick and the Private Client, Litigation and Trust and Probate departments of Roiter Zucker. Further expansion continued in 2009 when we were joined by the practice of Sherman Phillips.
In 2018, our expansion continued, with the acquisition of a central London practice ‘Terence St J Millett’ and in doing so increased our team in both residential and commercial real estate law.
Today, JPC operates from two key locations. You will find our head office based in a historic building (a former Victorian omnibus premises) in North London, and our second office in stunning South Kensington.

Yashmin Mistry is JPC’s Managing Partner is a recognised expert in leasehold enfranchisement and Landlord and Tenant matters and is widely acknowledged as a thought leader in her field. She is influential not only as a practitioner and commentator, but increasingly as someone asked to play an active role in shaping how the law works. Yashmin is a “Recognised Expert” in the prestigious Legal 500 guide as well as receiving recognition in the 2014 to 2020 “Top 100 Most Influential People in the Residential Sector” property guide.
Andrew Morgan has over 20 years of experience and specialises in advising businesses and individuals on a range of corporate and real estate transactional and finance matters and leads JPC’s Corporate and Commercial teams. Andrew has a particular expertise in tier one transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals of corporate entities, management buy-outs and joint ventures. Andrew has also accumulated broad experience in cross border transactions assisting clients on transactions in the United States, the Middle East and Far East we well as across Europe.
Head of Conveyancing, Derek Payne manages Residential Property matters, with the majority of his work in the prime London property markets.
