Molly joined JPC in 2023, having previously worked as a commercial property real estate associate at a mid-sized city firm. Molly is a Solicitor and Senior Associate sharing 15 years’ experience in our Real Estate Team.

Molly has strong foundations in non-contentious residential and commercial property matters and is well versed in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, and secured lending, work with a particular emphasis on the London market.

Highlights have included:

· acting for developers on site acquisition and the subsequent disposal of flats,

· advising on the purchase of prime London flats with low residential lease terms

· portfolio management with an emphasis on residential property

· acting for a family office on the portfolio refinance of mix used properties in excess of £8,000,000.

Molly is solution driven and strongly believes in understanding client priorities. Both clients and colleagues appreciate Molly’s ability to explain complex legal issues in straight forward, plain speaking and non-nonsense language.
