Patrycja is an award-winning serial entrepreneur who set up her first business at the age of 17. Since then she has gained considerable leadership and management experience, supporting the growth of organisations via the development of communication strategies, reviewing and implementing processes to enhance their efficiency and accuracy of the management processes, improve customer satisfaction, maximise staff retention, and secure contracts with market-leading organisations. Her sweet spot is capitalising on technology to facilitate growth. Major projects involve work for blue-chip clients such as Lego, BMW, Scania, Pirelli, Carlsberg, and the public sector.
Patrycja combines youthful energy and vigour with decades of experience that partners and clients alike testify results in effective communication and successful partnerships built around compassionate, empathy-driven business relationships.
She founded Open Solutions Global, a London-based boutique consulting and business development firm, to support the development of growth-oriented companies, innovative start-ups as well as overseas companies aiming at the UK market.
