We are delighted to announce that JPC has reached an agreement with the owners of The Stanmore Law Practice Limited (Stanmore) to assist the owners in providing former private client, real estate and dispute resolution clients with continuity of service in respect of their on-going matters.
Sadly, due to the sudden and untimely passing of Stanmore’s Senior Partner, Peter Elliston earlier this year, Stanmore has now ceased its practice. Stanmore was an established and highly regarded law firm in London with an excellent reputation in real estate and corporate transactional matters with a particular emphasis in pharmacy work and commercial lending.
The agreement that has been reached between the parties represents an excellent opportunity for JPC to continue with its strategic growth plans to further expand its services as a fully serviced law firm whilst at the same time providing immediate assistance and support to clients. The combined strengths of both law firms mark a continued commitment by JPC to innovation, service expertise and expansion.
The agreement means that JPC today welcomes 8 additional lawyers from Stanmore to join JPC’s ever expanding Corporate, Private Client, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Teams:
- Gabriel Elliston today joins JPC’s existing Corporate Team.
- Graham Bennett Morrison-Wood, Stuart Turney, Jatinder Patti, Richa Sangani, Ken Delagua, Natasha Murphy-Walsh and June Baxter all join JPC’s Real Estate Team.
- Whilst Sital Patel and Sukjeet Sandhu will strengthen JPC’s expanding Private Client Team.
As part of the integration, JPC is delighted to welcome the huge talent on offer from Stanmore which will capitalise on JPC’ robust infrastructure to help deliver enhanced solutions to expanded resources. JPC’s strategic vision continues to be realised, and this agreement marks a step forward in JPC’s mission to expand its capabilities, elevate service quality for clients and market reach.
The combined entity reaffirms JPC’ commitment to excellence, leveraging synergies to drive innovation and sustain competitive advantages in a challenging and competitive market.
“This “partnership” is a natural fit. Together, we are expanding not just our reach, but the depth and breadth of what we can offer to our clients.”
— Yashmin Mistry, Managing Partner, JPC.
“Closing this agreement propels JPC to new heights, reinforcing our commitment to continued growth and transformative client service.”
— Andrew Morgan, Senior Partner, JPC.
