Government issues consultation on courts and tribunals for property cases

Just when you thought there you had been consulted about everything leasehold related, the latest call for evidence from the Government has just been issued. This time they are seeking views and opinions from the judiciary, landlords and tenants, to allow them to understand and improve the experience of all those that use the courts and tribunals for property cases. Should the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) be abolished to create a new Housing Court? You decide.
