From the 1st July 2013 the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal will became a First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Consequently your summaries of rights for service and administration charges and ground rent demands will have to be amended.
ACTION REQUIRED: You will have to make changes to the wording of summaries of rights and ground rent notices this month.
