Clients are reminded that the Residential Property Tribunal Service, which administers the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, rent assessments and residential property tribunals will be transferring these functions on 1 July 2013 to a new body called the HM Courts and Tribunals Service – Property Chamber.
The importance of this transfer will be in the text used in various notices such as summaries and ground rent. For the moment you do not need to make any changes but we remind you that changes will be required to be made shortly.
