JPC Law partners, Graham Jaffe and Yashmin Mistry listed in Top 100 most influential

We are proud to announce that partners, Yashmin Mistry and Graham Jaffe, have been listed in the top 100 most influential people in the residential leasehold property sector.

This is the first year Yashmin has received this prestigious accolade and Graham is listed for the second year.

The ‘Hot 100’, compiled by News on the Block magazine, includes a mix of leasehold campaigners, parliamentarians, trade and professional bodies, managing agents, building owners, investors, developers, valuers and lawyers.

The recognition of two partners from one department at JPC Law is a great honour and we are delighted to be able to congratulate both upon reaching this listing.

Yashmin’s role at JPC Law encompasses both heading up the residential property practice team, in addition, to jointly heading the specialist enfranchisement department. The enfranchisement department has seen unprecedented growth, as instructions have increased by over 200 percent since 2012. Yashmin alone handles over 400 cases a year.

Yashmin is also the Hon. Legal Consultant for FPRA, a prolific contributor to online property magazines and a requested speaker at numerous property events. Yashmin Mistry is a clear rising star within the property sector.

Graham has been a renowned figure and strong character in the property world for many years. His expertise and passion for the development of clear strategies to overcome seemingly insurmountable hurdles has been a cornerstone of his successful career to date.

He achieves results for clients frequently exceeding expectations and is a requested contributor to property publications. His long-standing reputation as a collective enfranchisement specialist has seen him remain at the top of his profession for over 20 years.
