Keep calm and carry on conveyancing

In light of the recent announcement of a second national lockdown beginning on Thursday 5th November 2020 we understand this is a confusing time for all.

The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Robert Jenrick has given an update via Twitter to confirm:-

    1. Renters & homeowners will be able to move

    2. Removal firms and estate agents can operate

It is expected there will be further information released following the debate in Parliament. In the meantime, please do continue to check the government Website for details of any changes https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak.

We want to assure you it is business as usual and we will continue to operate. For now, whilst our offices will be closed for all external meetings and visitors until further notice we will continue to deliver advice remotely by methods such as phone or video conferencing.

If you do have any concerns or questions please contact Derek Payne, Partner and Head of Residential Conveyancing by email dpayne@jpclaw.co.uk or telephone: 020 7581 7525 or on LinkedIn.
