On 4th March 2014, the Leasehold Reform Bill that is currently working its way through the various stages of Parliament has it’s third reading in the House of Lords. It will then only need Royal Assent!
The Bill obviates the need for claims made in England to be signed personally by the claimants which will make life a whole lot easier!
