Why JPC Law believe In-house Counsel gives our clients an advantage?

This month, JPC Law is delighted to welcome the appointment of Victoria Seifert, previously of Lamb Chambers to In-House Barrister.

Why have we chosen to provide in-house counsel? For us it is about constantly striving for service excellence. With in-house counsel our clients have fast access to high calibre advice; we are able to remove the lottery of waiting for the recommended barrister to be free and additionally ensure that competitive rates are available for our clients. The key driver for JPC was the belief that in-house counsel offers our clients an advantage.

Why Victoria Seifert? Victoria specialises in all aspects of general property, housing and landlord and tenant law. Victoria has represented both local authorities and homeless applicants in homelessness/allocations appeals and judicial review claims

She has also represented clients in contractual and commercial disputes ranging from insolvency to professional negligence demonstrating a breadth of experience across a wide range of sectors. Our newly appointed in house counsel has also presented new legislative change, and its impact, in Chambers to solicitors as well as speaking at numerous seminars for industry professionals and clients.

Service excellence is a long term value associated with the firm. Our clients often lead busy lives and therefore benefit from the rare opportunity of immediate expert advice from in-house counsel. This provision provides both a cost effective and faster solution for our clients.
