OLU JATTO, Solicitor, Real Estate - Commercial Property Team
Olu joins us as a consultant solicitor and has over 20 years’ experience in complex real estate and property finance matters.
Olu specialises in all areas of commercial property law and has particular expertise in land acquisition and development transactions, secured lending, negotiating commercial retail/high street landlord and tenant leases, high value agricultural land and rural estates, in both the private, public trust and charitable sectors.
Olu regularly has acted for a range city and off-shore banks, corporate occupiers of commercial buildings, overseas clients and national and regional developers. Most recently, Olu has advised on a £16 million refinance facility secured on 70 residential units within a new development in East London (Leven Wharf) and a £33 million refinance facility secured on 100 mixed titles property portfolio in Islington London.
GINEVRA BELTRAME, Solicitor, Real Estate – Commercial Property Team
Ginevra joins us with a strong background in commercial property. She delivers invaluable support and assistance with all aspects of commercial property work. A tenacious individual and solid team player, Ginevra’s key areas of work include commercial and residential conveyancing, property finance transactions - acting for both lenders and borrowers on bridging finance - and commercial mortgages. She also deals with lease negotiations and renewals, and the sale and purchase of businesses.
Ginevra is known for her technical ability and speed of delivery, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Being dedicated to great client service, she provides clear and practical advice to clients. Ginevra’s hard work and dedication consistently achieves great results for our clients.
SULMAN ATHAR, Legal Executive, Real Estate – Enfranchisement Team
Sulman is a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal Executive, with many years of experience in the industry. He works in a supportive role within the Real Estate - Enfranchisement Team.
Sulman’s particular area of expertise is leasehold enfranchisement including freehold blocks purchases. Highly skilled, Sulman also deals with drafting notices, participation agreements and lease extension documents. He also handles putting 999-year leases in place after completion of the purchase of the freehold of blocks.
Sulman provides excellent support to leaseholders and landlords alike, helping them understand the enfranchisement process. He is an invaluable member of the Real Estate Enfranchisement Team.
